Bowflex power rod home gym series, compact multi gym for full body home workouts, silent resistance, space-saving design

Great starter Gym. You have to allow some room each side for the resistance rods to bend but once it's not in use and folded up it is quite compact. It took me a couple of hours to build using a socket set. The instructions are good just take your time making sure everything is tightened up properly. There is some cable swapping when doing different exercises but it's not too bad and the action is very smooth. I managed to get a bar for bench pressing and shoulder pull downs and so far I'm impressed with the machine.

I had a Bowflex years ago so was aware of the smooth feel of the workout, the quietness - no clanking weights and the compactness of the product, but I was a little concerned that it was a self assembly product. In all honesty, the instructions were clear, the parts well labelled and all the tools included. I managed to put it together myself I just a few hours…..I’ve more difficulty with flatpack furniture! I’d definitely recommend it. 👍🏼

This is a great machine, folds up so it can be used and stored in smaller rooms. Would recomend easy to follow instructions for assembly and use. I would like to say a big thanks to sam o from the amazon managemet team, I had a problem and sam sorted it out. He understood my frustration and resolved my issue. A great asset to Amazon

Der Bowflex macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Der Aufbau ist kinderleicht. Das Training macht Spass und ist vor allem geräuscharm. Durch die Bowflexarm-Konstruktion braucht man bei hohem Gewicht niemanden, der aufpasst dass einem die Gewichtsstange auf der Brust liegen bleibt. Somit können auch Einsteiger mit diesem Gerät gut in ein Training einsteigen. Das Kabelzugsystem von Bowflex bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten an Übungen um so ziemlich alle Muskelgruppen auszureizen. Wem das Gewicht nicht reicht, einfach durch günstige Gummitrainingsbänder ergänzen. Auf der Bank selbst kann man das Training mit Kurzhanteln ergänzen. Für mich ist der Bowflex ein super Trainingsgerät an dem es bis jetzt nichts auszusetzen gibt. Das einzigste was mir nicht gefallen hat, war der Lieferservice. Amazon hat mehrfach angekündigt, dass das Gerät bis zum Aufstellort geliefert wird und aus diesem Grund für einen freien Zugang zu sorgen ist. Die beiden unmotivierten, 20jährigen Zusteller verweigerten diesen Service mit dem Hinweis, dass sie es im Kreuz hätten und ließen das Paket 📦 einfach auf der Straße stehen. Das geht mal gar nicht, zumal dieser Service für den ein oder anderen die entscheidenende Purchase Decision sein kann und das Gerät damit von Amazon beworben wurde. Glücklicherweise ist das Paket (der Bowflex passt in einen Karton) zu zweit gut zu transportieren. Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nich nichts sagen. Dazu muss ich erst ein paar Monate das Gerät nutzen.

Ottimo attrezzo per tenersi in forma

Purchased the Bowflex PR1000 very pleased with this machine overall. I love the wide variety of exercises and you can make your workout harder or lighter based on your mood that day. Perfect for all ages. Some exercises you simply cannot do on any other machine for example the seated row.. leg press and shoulder press which makes this unit a good over all choice. Received the machine on January 10th 2022 it took me less than two hours to assemble by myself ..the instructions are easy to follow and the parts are numbered. My gf and I workout together on it and prefer this to going to a gym for our needs. The workout we do is as follows Day 1 chest and triceps Chest press 4 sets x 10 reps Chest flyes 4 sets x 10 reps Standing triceps extensions 4 sets x 10 reps Lying triceps extensions 4 sets x 10 reps Moderate weight Day 2 shoulders and legs Shoulder press 4 sets x 10 reps Shoulder flyes 4 sets x 10 reps Leg extensions 4 sets x 10 reps Leg press 4 sets x 10 reps Squats 4 sets x 10 reps Moderate weight Day 3 back biceps abs Seated rows 4 sets x 10 reps Lat pull downs neutral grip 4 sets 10 reps Standing biceps curls 4 sets x10 reps Lying biceps curls 4 sets 10 reps Seated crunches 4sets 10 reps Moderate weight Day 4 is rest day then repeat the cycle the following day. We use a weight that keeps the form perfect and smooth using a moderate weight adding more weight when we are stronger but many exercises you don't need to add more weight to feel challenged and reasonably tired after a set. We are pleased with the workouts and look forward to doing them. The machine is solid and looks great and the best part is it folds up taking up little room. My advice is to make sure you use the velcro strap and tie the rods up at the top after use to keep the tension strong always. We also bought yoga blocks ..we use one to put between the back rest and seat so you can have your lower back against the back support when doing shoulder presses. We also use the yoga blocks to stand on when doing standing curls and shoulder flyes to allow for a full range of motion so there is constant tension from bottom to top. We also bought a different set of hand grips that are shorter than the original by 6 inches again for increases range of motion purposes on some exercises. It is not necessary but I have long arms so I find it helps me more. The unit comes with the leg press belt which is nice but I wish came with a lat pull down bar but will purchase one at a later date. We are already seeing and feeling results in our muscles after just 2 weeks which is exciting. I will say this machine has enough resistance to have a good workout and if your goals are the look of a men's health woman's health cover photo this machine will get you there with discipline dedication and a decent diet..just make sure you are eating enough good calories. Do the workouts.. no excuses.. be consistent and the results follow. We are very pleased with this purchase ..its worth being excited and motivated about. Cheers!

Llego antes de lo esperado, el montaje es sencillo (3 horas uno solo) . Por algunas opiniones que hablan de que podía faltarle algo de potencia pedí por separado a otra empresa la ampliación a 310 lb. pero cuando esto me llegó, ya había montado la máquina, no he puesto la ampliación y de momento no la pondré, (quizás más adelante) pues como está ahora me parece perfecto para todos los ejercicios posibles que son muchos. En definitiva,.. muy buena máquina, perfectamente fabricada, muy buena presencia, potencia suficiente para personas no expertas, (es mi caso) fácil ampliación para quien o cuando se necesite ( 82 € ) tiene potencia y a la vez es silenciosa y suave, colocada a 20 cm. de una pared ocupa 1,60 por 1,25 m. Hay muchas opciones de máquinas en el mercado pero esta es sin duda de las mejores posibles.
