Bought this for mom after reading a lot of reviews on other products. This one looked the best and up to the task of slicing raw tapioca chips. And it did not disappoint! Highly recommend this for slicing chips, especially the thicker/denser veggies/roots like raw bananas, tapioca, and potatos.

Good buy
I made some great banana chips with this. Super quick and efficient. Sliced them directly into the hot oil like a professional.Doesn't have adjustments to change thickness. I haven't used the side to make crinkled chips yet.
