Weak wheels and worst service
Writing this review after three years of using. I have hardly put a burden on the trolley in these three years, but when I loaded it with books, it collapsed. The trolley is absolutely weak and cannot endure a little heavyweight. I got one of my wheels jammed, damaged and not spinning after carrying my books for a while. Moreover, when I reached for service they refused to provide service by giving the excuse that it is not manufacturing damage. Worst service from Safari.
