Perfect and must have for travel.
Glad that i got this to mount on my 4runner for travel. with no room after 4 adults and a big dog to carry luggage, this product helped. the install and removal is lessthan 5 mins, which is a great. The product is not heavy so one person can easily put it on the roof and mount. one issue is that the clamps that twist and connect the racks cones in the way of some of the luggage, but i can live with it. comfortably was able to fit 4 cabin size bags and some other items. No rattling and its seems to be very secured. Had a trip, 500 miles and had no issues. the design is sleek and looks good on the rooftop, kind of blends in.

Great quality cargo box with a low price
I purchased this cargo box for some extra room on our 2013 Subaru Crosstrek XV. It seemed like a safe bet since the same vehicle is featured in the product pictures. It did not disappoint. The cargo box was about $200 less than a comparable Thune cargo box. It is so light weight and super easy to install that I installed it on the car on my own. There really was no need for a second person. There has been no road noise from this box with the only exception being items in the box moving around that I did not secure (my fault). We really like this cargo box. As I said, it was easy to install and it also looks good as well. I would recommend this Goplus cargo box.

Almost Perfect
I never owned any previous cargo rooftop carriers but this one is pretty solid. It has decent space and super light to mount. With that being said, I really dislike their locking mechanism. As others have stated, it feels really cheap. You need to apply pressure and move it around to make it lock. Another issue I had was with the strapping/securing your equipment process. There doesnt seem to be any where you can tie down the straps other than strapping your items together so they can fit snug. The instructions are not clear if there is a hook or tab to strap down equipment. Overall the lid does feel flimsy but once secured. Its secured. For its price it should be improved.

Great product for the s
Received in a very timely manner. We purchased it for a long trip. It came in and it took me about five minutes to install it. It was super simple and easy. It was a little smaller than I expected but worked great never the less. After filling to it’s max capacity it didn’t make much noise at all. The aerodynamics of it is very good. It didn’t effect our gas mileage barely at all. The opening from both sides is very nice and easy to use. We went through rain and snow as well as washing it off at the car wash. Just the hand sprayer though not the auto one. It didn’t leak at all. In my opinion it is a very good product and well worth the money especially when compared to the more name brands. I would love to see a bigger version as well.

Good product; bad company.
Great box however the company has terrible customer service. I’ve been emailing for months for a key to the box. They are zero help. Find a different company if you need any help with customer service.

Sturdy Steamline Secure
Sturdy, Streamline & Secure. Have different vehicles with each having varying cross bars and roof rack system. I was hoping that this cargo box would be viable on all the cars I have This car roof top cargo carrier perfectly fits the Subaru Crosstrek 2019 using after market crossbars. The box however did not fit on one of the cross bars on top of a 2016 Honda Pilot. Two of the anchor knobs could not be used because the slits they go through wasn’t long enough to cover the distance length between the cross bars. Was looking for a solution to this dilemma and a YouTube video offered insight from a different cargo box: drill 2 holes in the bottom and use u-bolts to secure the box. Priced at over $500, I was skittish to do so. Overall, the box is sturdy as it survived over 2,000 miles of travel between states. Easy and tool-less on/off install on the Cross Trek without help of another person. Careful on locking the box, make sure nothing blocks the white cylindrical horizontal bar on each 3 sides of the box. The key turns counter clockwise to lock it and clockwise to open it. The box opens on both driver and passenger side which is a definite plus.

Does not fit, Cannot be secured, Small size, No US Customer Service, China, Problems with return
1. False claims about the product – does not have universal fit, very short container, cannot be installed on Toyota RAV4 or Mazda CX5, is unsafe and cannot be secured to the crossbar as stiffeners cannot reach to the rear cross bar Totally untrue: ‘’Works on all vehicles with rack, suitable for cars, vans, SUVs, etc.’’ Totally untrue: ‘’Robust and Security Design - the metal lid stiffeners at the bottom makes the roof box more stable and safer’’ 2. Deceptive advertisement images - Amazon listing shows the cargo container installed on full size SUV which is very misleading. It looks bigger on images that the product received (Seller might have used different size photos of the product). Actual container received is very small, cannot carry much, considerable part of the roof is not covered, concaved bottom does not even reach the rear cross bar. NOTE - No size options offered in their listing, therefore you will need to deal with what you get, while leading brands offer different sizes (14CF, 16CF, 18CF, 20CF, 22CF or L, XL etc) to chose from to fit your vehicle. Totally untrue: ‘’14 Cubic Feet of Cargo Space---With the large capacity, the roof cargo box can help you securely carry 14 cubic feet worth of essentials, …’’ 3. Seller in China. No customer service in the US, no US phone number, no US office or web site and no ability to contact Seller to correctly handle return and refund. When I contacted the Seller through Amazon messaging, I was offered $40 to keep the product that is useless. When received Ship to address, I was to arrange self-ship and pay for freight. Then I was told that they will not accept return as I do not have original box. No further contact possible as there was no way to respond to the message through Amazon. The phone that I was able to find does not work in the US, so you need to chase them in China only, and they will not stand behind their product. READ CAREFULLY THIS MESSAGE: ‘’If the item still can be used, how about we refund you $40 as the discount and you kindly keep it? You can also give it to your friend as a gift or resell it.’’ ‘’Sorry the item can not be returned without the original box.’’ I would have never guessed that it does not fit, otherwise I could have tried it upon receipt, instead I disposed the box. Initially it looked OK and I would never imagine it is bad design and false description. NOT ABLE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT, NO REFUND, THIS IS FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE AND THIS CHINA-MADE PRODUCT SHOULD NEVER BE SOLD IN THE US BY THE CHINESE SELLER. NEVER BUY PRODUCT SOLD BY AND SHIPPED BY SELLER FROM CHINA - FALSE CLAIMS, NO SERVICE

Not impressed but Modifying to make it work
Ordered the titanium gray, pictured as black on the site, but is actually a titanium gray top, black bottom; Which is great for me since my car is the same color. Came with some superficial scratches inside from the mounting gear sliding around inside that was in a bag but not secured by the large twist tie. Small nick on the bottom & more superficial scratches. Not a huge deal, but especially for $400, and otherwise the product should be in NEW condition, not all scratched up. No styrofoam or padding of any kind, just in a plastic bag & shipping box, which is fine I guess, unless it gets dropped or smashed. I'd feel better if it had styrofoam around corners & sides at least. Pro's: Looks really good & perfect size for my 06 scion xb. Takes up almost whole roof with about 11 inches on one side free, was looking for something wide enough to fit my spare tire & long enough to store ice scraper, mini snow shovel. With lots more room to store hammock tent, boots, etc. It's very lightweight and claims to hold up to 165lbs which is great since my rack is rated the same. I probably won't put more than 100lbs in it. Love that it opens from either side to give more versatility for mounting other things to the roof. Locks are all plastic inside, with only metal being the key hole mechanism & rails inside box the locks are mounted to. Should really be aluminum or alloy, steel.. They work tho, with 2 keys (that cant be removed from the lock until it is locked shut to keep from losing them) Cons: The top is quite thin & has some give which keeps it lightweight, but I'm sure it wouldn't take much effort to get into it with a box cutter, & it could warp under very hot sun over 110° or so. I live in NW Ohio so it shouldn't be a problem here, but something to think about if you're further south. The bottom is much more solid for carrying the weight, I wish the top was the same. Like all of these boxes, the locks are on the sides and some reviews of other products mentioned the front catching wind and opening 3-4 inches at highway speeds. Theres not much of an overlapping lip to work with but I'll drill a small hole or two and use a small padlock or rivet a belt & clasp on, & some weather strip inside to stop water. I was surprised to see that Thule and more expensive boxes use the same style mounting gear this one came with, which is a hand-operated top that closes the claw underneath; because it's not a good design at all. These mounting gear do come with a paper showing the specific bars they fit (which is not shown on Amazon btw), which is a square that's wider at the bottom, but it probably wouldn't even fit those bc the shape is off, strange. Also they dont have any locking mechanism from what I can tell, and are always loose & wobbly! No thanks. I have aero bars (ovals), so the claws only come into contact with the tips which is not secure at all. They would be much better off including U-Bolts and metal plates which is what I'm going to get, but they would have to include a few options to meet everyone's needs. For the price, I'm really not impressed, but it's a good size & style for me and opens both sides so I'm gonna make some modifications and make it work. Really just wish the top was thicker or had fibers throughout to strengthen it, & that the locks were metal and not plastic.
