Strapes are strong, it is spacious. The backpack is of top quality. Highly recommended.

good quality - I use it for daily for work commuting and abusing it quite a bit also for shopping or carrying multiple notebooks. is also quite good size as a small under-seat backpack for planes...

I am giving a 4/5 rating because this backpack is just as described, no more no less. It is clearly designed to straddle the thin line between living up to the Samsonite brand name and being able to compete with cheaper brands. The outside is well designed, just as shown in product pictures and the workmanship is impeccable. The only slight reservation I have is in the vertical orientation of the zip for the documents pocket. I’d personally prefer it horizontal as the last thing I want is for something important to fall out if the zip were left down. The three dual-zip compartments are perfect and roomy to accommodate even more than one laptop, nicely separated. I can only assume other reviewers that refer to issues like faulty zips and suchlike were victims of some random anomalies. I did not award 5/5 because the need to keep costs low shows through in a few little annoyances. The interior pockets, though sufficient in number, are thin and the material has a rather cheap and plasticky feel and crackle. I own other cheaper backpacks that have softer and better-padded pockets. The generous in number pockets are minimally functional, lacking the Velcro flaps common on cheaper alternatives for ensuring contents don’t spill out if the bag is not kept upright. Same goes for lack of nice little touches like carabiner and strap for keys or USB access-ways. The elastic water-bottle holders, while present, look like an afterthought. Their durability does not give me a warm fuzzy feeling and it seems like they’d pop if used for anything other than a slender bottle. They look as if any bottle carried would sacrifice the interior storage space, rather than bulge outwards. All in all, I can live with the little deficiencies which are to be fair not the end of the world. I am happy with my purchase because it ticks the boxes for which I bought it. Dispatch and Amazon delivery were not an issue.

I am a big fan of samsonite luggage so this is a painful review. This was bought to replace a similar samsonite which I had for 15 years. The bag retains the material quality expected but bearly a year of usage and I am disappointed with its functionality. These are thing you only pick up from regular use, but it’s too late to return it 1) it can’t stand up straight with the slightest weight it topples forward, terrible when in public spaces, ie everywhere! 2) the switch from wheelie to backpack is clunky. Unhooking the rucksack handles is stiff and fiddly, definitely not the smooth transition enjoyed with previous models. 3) the design of the carry handle next to the telescopic pole you pull up means you are always holding at a funny tilted angle when lifting off train or bus. Something subtle but it means you are either always banging the bag against your thigh or knee unless you hold it outwards away from your side and inconvenience other passengers. It is not commuter friendly. 4) the wheel cover fabric has a clever pocket zipped into the back. So clever that it cannot be quickly accessed during transition from wheelie to rucksack or vice versa. Having to click on 4 buttons , then click on two straps cannot be done without having to find spec or clearing in a busy station, near impossible. The unhooking of the straps hurts my fingers. 5)Whilst it retains the lovely samsonite multi section appeal, the space is nowhere as good as the older version. I struggle to fit a folder and a few other items. On the whole, this was an expensive and disappointing purchase that I am now stuck with. If you want this for work commute I don’t consider it ideal. Maybe for other travel.

Perfect size as an indoor cabin bag. Well-padded for my laptop and enough space for everything else, too. Love the wide straps, very comfortable for longer wear. Would highly recommend.

Kupiłem ten plecak pół roku temu. Od tego czasu intensywnie używam go. Jest świetnie wykonany. Po pół roku nie widać na nim śladów użytkowania. Jest dobrze przemyślany. Ma dużo miejsca i jest lekki. Gdybym miał kolejny raz podejmować decyzję, to bez zastanowienia kupiłbym ten sam plecak ponownie.

Já estava de olho na mochila a 2 anos, mas agora o preço baixou e ficou próximo de outras que vendem no Brasil. Gosto dela porque tem 3 grandes divisões que permitem colocar separado: as roupas (maior volume); o tablet e notebook com acessórios (carregador), porém não tem lugar separado para mouse, pendrives, etc (que ficam "soltos" nessa parte); e "pessoal" (canetas, etc), porém nessa também não vários bolsos com ziper ou velcro ou sobrepostos que ajudem a guardar os bens pessoais (DESTAQUE: que não encontrei esses outros bolsos em outras mochilas, a exceção da antiga marca eebag mas sem rodinha). Além disso, tem as rodinhas e proteção, a parte de acesso rápido para óculos e etc, bolso frontal para variedades, bolsos lateriais (porém pequenos e sem fita para prender objetos maiores como garrafa d'água ou guarda-chuva), ziperes (mas só um para cadeado), as alças parecem que não são muito acolchoadas, se comparado com o peso, e não tem sistema de união dessas alças de modo a não sobrecarregar os ombros com o peso.
