It's sage. Good for holiday stuffing and other nutritious things. Good price.
This was as fresh as a packaged spice can be. Perfectly rubbed, it says organic. The bottles are heavy-duty glass and can be reused with bulk spices. It worked perfectly in the holiday stuffings I made. I live for the sage. I got a good price. Stick things in your shopping cart and watch prices change. Grab it when the price goes down. I think I also did Sub & Save and saved a little extra. I was pleased with the fast delivery and good price.

Good sage product.
Very nice smelling and works great! A little goes a long way. Sage is wonderful used sparingly. It is a relatively strong spice. It is great on chicken and beef. I think it would probably also pair well with pork, though I haven’t tried it. It marries well with butternut squash and butter. It’s is also delicious in very small quantities in spaghetti sauce and soups. This particular sage is good quality, though maybe not the highest gourmet quality, but definitely better than some of the off brands I’ve tried. I always feel I can trust McCormick spices to be fresh and to deliver on flavor. When I run out of the sage I’ve dried from my garden, this is the sage I reach for.

Super fresh and aromatic!
When was the last time you used that old bottle of sage in your cabinet? When you open this you immediately know you have had your old bottle around WAY too long! This smells and tastes so good and is very fresh. I replaced all my spices with this brand when I realized how much better they are then even my not so old spices. I love this organic line, well worth paying a little extra, they are bursting with fresh flavor and aroma and make a huge difference in the outcome of all your cooking efforts. Highly recommend McCormick Organic spices!
