perfect for beginners and cup alums alike
i never leave reviews but i have to chime in and say, if you are thinking of making the switch to a cup, this is absolutely the one to try! this is my second cup - the first was the diva cup which i bought just because it seemed to be the most popular. i used it for about 4 cycles and, while i felt it was still better than tampons, i just wasn’t sold. on my heavy days it would ALWAYS leak after about an hour (kinda weird cuz it would leak a bit and then not leak anymore afterwards for several hours) - regardless this was due to the fact i could never get it sealed properly no matter how long i spent twisting and turning and pulling, and no matter how confident i felt that i had finally gotten it right. it would also travel super far up my vaginal canal which made removal difficult, even after i got familiar with the angle i needed to reach it (it was always tilted to the side). so when that cup got destroyed in an unfortunate accident i decided to re-explore my options. i’m incredibly happy with peach life. first of all, i’m starting to think my problem with diva cup was the size - it was slightly larger and longer and i think maybe my cervix is too low to accommodate that, hence why it was never properly inserted. the peach cup stays exactly where it is supposed to be and i no longer need to shove my finger up to the third knuckle to remove. the ring makes removal SO easy and also aids with insertion (when i turn the cup 360 degrees to seal it i can actually tell that it’s turning based on the position of the ring). also, i’m on day 3 of my cycle and have had absolutely no leaks, except on my heaviest day it only leaked after 10 ish hours (for reference, when i used tampons i wore super size and had to change about every 3 hours on my heaviest day) so if you’ve got a heavy flow i recommend a panty liner for backup, however you will be able to feel the moment it is full. i’m able to pop it in and out in 5 minutes, even without lubricant which i always had to have with the diva cup. i would 100% buy again and also recommend to everyone i know who is thinking of switching. with so many sizes and firmness options you can’t go wrong!

My period didn’t suck!
This cup is fabulous, as is Peachlife’s customer service. I decided to make the switch to menstrual cups last month when I started doing the math on the cost and waste of tampons (ugh). I initially bought the Flex cup because of the concept of the pull tab and the ease of breaking the seal, but I just couldn’t get it to stay put without leaking. After doing some research I decided it was possible Flex just wasn’t firm enough for me. (Not to mention that little pull tab flips up and stabs random parts of your vag.) I emailed Peachlife directly—said I’m in my 30s, have had a child, am a Pisces, do a lot of cardio—and this is the cup they recommended. Voila! It popped open immediately, and best of all, no leaks! It’s small yet deep, pliable yet strong, and it just WORKS. The ring makes it so easy to grab ahold of the cup when you’re ready to empty (and also solves any problem you might have with vag stabbings.) You can easily rock it out far enough before having to slide your finger up the side to break the seal. I haven’t had a single issue with leaks while exercising, and on day 3 I went the full 12 hours without having to think once about my period. Game. Changer. Peachlife sent me a photo of all the cups side by side and there isn’t such a drastic difference as one might expect. I do plan on getting the large for the first couple of days of my cycle to keep me from having to change it as often. If you’re a cup noob like me or are just looking for an easier removal method, I highly recommend trying this. Your period can be awesome. (Or at least not so sucky.)

I'm a newbie!!
So... I'm a cup newbie. I bought the honeypot cup just on a whim last month while at the store to buy tampons. Figured I'd give it a try. It was waaaaay to far up and difficult to get out with that lil tab. I also had to work way to hard to get it open once it was in. I jumped on Amazon and started looking. I ordered the medium-sized medium firm cup but in comparison to my honeypot cup decided it was way too firm and small before I even opened it. I contacted Peachlife because lots of the reviews say they will work with you to find the right fit. THEY DID!!!!! I asked for a large soft cup and they sent a large and a medium soft cup for me to decide...FREE OF CHARGE. This cup is soo comfortable I don't even feel it. I decided to use the large soft as I would usually use a super plus tampon every three hours. I can make it at least 12 hours with this cup with NO ISSUES. I fold it in half to insert. I learned that if I fold it so that one side is higher when I insert it opens almost immediately. There's no twisting and turning needed and NO LEAKS.... even on my heavy days after 10+ hours. Just make sure the bottom of the cup is completely round once inserted and that you can't feel where you folded it. Getting it out is easier too with the ring. I can fit enough of my finger thru to pull the loop, it stretches. I pull it a little and pinch the bottom of the cup to pull it out. Soo much easier than fishing for a lil tab with no grip!!! I am a cup newbie this is just cycle 2, but I love the freedom it provides. Even at night I can SLEEP WITH NO WORRIES. Thank you!!! Peachlife. Your product and customer service are AMAZING!!

Quite a bit firmer than I expected
I chose the medium size and firmness because I'm over 35 but never had a baby, and I have a strong core and pelvic floor but sometimes feel pressure from the rim of other cups on my bladder. So I figured medium would be best for both size and firmness. This cup is larger than my small Sckoon and MUCH firmer. I was looking for a firmer cup than my Sckoon since Sckoon is a very soft cup, but I didn't expect it to be this firm, especially at the rim. I've been using it just for one cycle so far, but I think I feel some discomfort from the rim especially after it's been in for a few hours. I'll try it next month too...maybe this was just a more uncomfortable cycle than usual, but I typically don't get cramps. I also have to take care to keep the rim a bit squished down during removal or else it's uncomfortable once it gets to the vaginal opening. It does pop open very easily though. I also love the ring as opposed to a stem, which is in large part why I bought it. The grips on the bottom of the cup are helpful for removal too. And it hasn't leaked at all. I think for daily use I would have been better off with the soft version, maybe even the mini, since some reviewers are saying the soft isn't really that soft and the mini isn't really that small. If it continues to give me discomfort, I'll probably just use it when I need to work out during my period, since the high degree of firmness will keep it open and in place during my pole dance workout. I will say the company has great customer service. They gave me a price adjustment since the cup went on sale 2 days after I ordered it. I've also read a lot of great things from other reviewers.

No More Toxins!!!
I have been on the path to living a healthier life for a while now. The information regarding toxic chemicals and ingredients we consume unknowingly and others we just tend to accept is really staggering! When my daughter was born I knew I wanted things to be healthier for her so I was always on the lookout for the obvious (well studied and documented) no-no's such as plastics with BPA etc., but I had no idea that my feminine hygiene product, you know the ones without the fragrances were actually leaden with toxic chemicals too. I can't believe Ive been poisoning my body with them for so many years without a clue. Ridding life of all these toxins has been challenging and a slow crossover but this journey has led me to the not so difficult decision to get rid of nasty pads and tampons. The Menstrual Cup is brilliant and this Peach Life Cup is better than other brands I've tried. While I haven't mastered its use quite yet, I can tell you that it isn't at all uncomfortable and easier to insert that my previous cups. The first one I purchased was way to stiff and not easily foldable and the second had a "cute" moon pull tab that made it impossibly uncomfortable to wear. I had about given up on the whole thing but a friend convinced me to give it another go. I landed on The Peach Life brand and it's nearly perfect. I say nearly only because there is a learning curve as with most new things. I will probably buy the larger size, I went with the medium, but I have a very heavy flow for at least 3 to 4 days of my cycle so the cup fills much faster and I have to empty it more often than is convenient. I just read there are YouTube instruction videos that can help... funny thing is I thought about checking when I got my first cup but thought that it would be impossible considering the context.... like I said, still learning. ;) Overall I say, try and take better care of you, we women can let that slide sometimes, but also be gentle with yourself. Oh yeah, and get Peach Life! :D

Great product, excellent service
So the first of all, I really liked the quality of the product - it is impeccable. Ergonomics of the ring not only looks great, but also it is very helpful and makes the cup so easy to remove (even for me, as a complete beginner). This is smth I should have found at least 7 years ago... However, at the begining I had some issues with leaking and the size was smaller than anticipated. I asked the seller for the advice if there is another cup that would fit me better. The response came in 5 minutes ;) Five-star service. I was offered to try another size as it should work better for my needs (it was free of charge). Instead on 28 ml, I was offered to use 32ml. (I have an intense flow) I liked their's approach - it takes time to find what corresponds to your needs and physiologic. It's worth not giving up. For me the reward is extremely high - the care is so simple, and I am so happy that it goes in line with my environmental approach.

Worked great for 5 years, I'm reordering the same one again!
This was the first menstrual cup I tried, and it was life changing - much more comfortable to sleep in than pads, less wasteful than tampons, and feels cleaner than either. After years of sleeping in contorted positions during my period to try and avoid leakage, I can sprawl to my comfort. That part was really a game changer. Plus, you save $$$$$ compared to what you'd pay for single-use menstrual products. For me this specific cup, held up really well for 5 years. The loop is extremely helpful for removal - I truly don't know people manage to extract the other types of cups. That said, the loop is also the main part that gave out: a corner of the loop has torn, so my tip to others would be to be gentle and make sure to break the suction during removal rather than just yanking on the loop alone, that was a rookie mistake on my part. I'm planning to reorder the same model and will be more careful with it, and maybe it'll last even longer. Great product.

Ouch
I'm sad because I really wanted to leave the world of unsustainable cotton monsters behind me, but I've had this cup for almost a year and have only been able to use it a few times, because it hurts me whenever I put it in and it's excruciating when it's time to get it out. I don't know if I'm not doing it right, but I feel like it's gonna suck my pelvis out of my vagina from all the suction when it's time to remove it. I've also experienced some leaks, but i suspect its my fault because I can't get it to open when I insert it. All in all, this hasn't been a good experience for me :(. I do have to say that the ring for the finger is really a good thing, it was the reason I bought it in the first place, and its a smart addition. I just wish I could use it
