First time I bought a personalized item on Amazon. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. My wife was surprised and very happy with the gift. Highest recommendation for this company and their fulfillment.

I am not happy with this product. The lettering is smaller than the sample image on Amazon and is difficult to read. The edges of the "washers" are not polished. I say "washers" because that is exactly what they look like... three unpolished hardware washers on a chain. If you look closely at my photo you can see pits in the metal along the edges. The lustrous photo on amazon is deceiving.

The finish is not polished and the edges are a bit sharp... look like washers from the hardware store. The names appear to be printed smaller than in pictures as well. Not what I was expecting. Disappointing.

Was a bit disappointed when my necklace arrived. It wasn't as nice as the photo. A description of the size of the rings would have been helpful. I think the necklace would look nicer with smaller rings, especially with the size of the font used to engrave the rings. It was not what I was hoping for.

The individual rings tend to wind up on top of each other. I think a more substantial chain might do a better job of keeping them apart. But in any case, I can't think of a single grandmother who wouldn't be delighted to have this.
