I use it for everything except for paella, fried eggs, stir-fries, fried halloumi cheese.Its thin base heats up instantly and crisps food perfectly

Sturdy and came really quickly, well packed. Although it's a paella pan, I actually bought it to make frittata for 2 and I'd say it's a perfect size for that. I'm also going to try it for upside-down apple (or fruit) pie. I'd say it would make 4 regular (or 2 really huge) portions of that. Suitable for gas hob and oven, though of course the handles get hot in the oven, but that's normal and not a problem. Would recommend this product, and would absolutely buy again if needed.

Needed a larger paella pan for when family come over, typical valenciana pan, as long as looked after correctly sure will last for years. Used them all the time when I lived in Madrid and Valencia is the home of the paella. Good value for money.

It's a perfect paella with the right material. Enough for 2 good portions.Make sure you fill it with water after use.

Great product, but unfortunately this is too big for my stove. I find that rice will be cooked in the middle, but won’t be cooked on the outside due to no direct heat.

Gave as a Xmas gift to my daughter as we had been to Spain and she loved the pealla. Thus ticks all boxes
