I have always taken vitamins
These are so easy to swallow, I can take them without anything to drink they're that small. My doctor recommended me to take 2 a day now, so will be ordering again soon.

Replaces Dr Office Brand
This was recommended to take daily by a physician who also sold a variety in their office. Of course, it was more expensive there, so I found this great deal on Amazon. Spring Valley is a part of Wal-Mart so I researched to ensure that the quality was equal to that found in my Dr office. Would buy from again.

Vitamin D3 2000 iu
Since we are elderly people ( age 72 and 78) we need this vitamin for a variety of porposes, especially for our bones. We are taking between 4000iu to 6000iu daily. Our level of Vit. D3 in the body is very satisfying.

The Way They Are Delivered Sucks!!!
Terrible!!!! I’m Soooo Disappointed, Gosh, It Upsets Me That I Pay For A Product That You Can’t Even Use, For Instance These Vitamins.There Is A Can Be Deadly Virus Out There And Considering My Underlining Health Let’s Not Forget To Mention A Pacemaker Involved, I Try To Limit My Going Places, And Keep Distance, Well With That Being Said I As Others Shop Online, But When You Receive Your Vitamins All STUCK TOGETHER , And Are Now Useless Why Because Of How They Are Delivered, Come On!!! The Less Than $15.00 Is Not The Big Issue Because I Haven’t Lost Anything But Gained Experience As To Never Buy Products From This Company Again, It’s The Fact That I’m In Need Of A Vitamin Or Vitamins That Help Me Maintain Good Health To Help Build, Stay Built My Immune System, But Because Of How My Vitamins Are Delivered They Have Became Useless, It’s Terrible Irresponsible, Non Caring Business, And I Cannot Be Cool With That!!!
