Good. The tape sticks for 2 to 3 days.

I have been using many different brands of tape to help reduce the swelling on my knee and to offer support to a very damaged knee. This tape is one that I would not buy again, its noticeably thinner than others I have used and it frays on the edges quickly. The backing is very 'waxy' or has a gloss finish that makes tearing difficult when trying to apply. Also the thin quality of this tape means that when you use it as a single 'I' strip it does try to separate into a 'Y' all the time and its very frustrating.

Product as described. Quick no hassle delivery. Does as exactly what it says on the tin!

I checked on YouTube how and where to place this tape for an ankle injury. It works a treat, stays on for days and unlike other ankle supports is easily worn with standard shoes. I would recommend this product.

Item do not come pre-cut as shown in the "Y"SHAPE, otherwise item can still be used. Does what I need it for.

Really does help to relieve pain !!!

difficult to handle

This is an excellent product and was recommended by my Line Dance Teacher as she had a poorly knee and it fixed that.
