I have horrendous pain in my feet and ankles due to high instep nerve pain, tendonitis, and arthritis. I also have arthritic knee pain. Pain is often so intense I can barely walk. Pain meds aren’t very effective, and I refuse to take strong opioid pain killers.I’d just read an article about the benefits of light therapy for pain so I looked into it and found this one on Amazon. Obviously I decided to try it.It’s easy to operate, it’s silent, and it’s painless. There are three settings for light intensity: high, medium, and low. There are four timer settings: five, ten, fifteen, and twenty minutes.Instructions are to start small then increase time and intensity. It also states not for use on dark skin or “hair” — no further explanation provided.I used it first time when my ankles were throbbing. I used the lowest setting for five minutes and was impressed that the pain subsided substantially by the end of the five minute session. The other ankle yielded similar results.Instructions are to use the light therapy two or three times daily. While I haven’t had time to set up a schedule to do that (but I will) it makes sense that repeated treatments would be beneficial.I gave it four stars instead of five because the pain comes back, sometimes soon after treatment although not as intense. No doubt persistence would be the key to prolonged relief.Overall, I’m satisfied with it, and I have received pain relief.It charges via included AC cord. Care should be taken not to look directly at the red light, or shine it into the eyes of others, including those of pets.If you have intense pain I recommend you try it. Good luck.

After 2 days and 3 applications, my severe lower center back pain during the early morning hrs. (2-5 AM) went from a 9 to a 1 or 2! I find it better to use it 2 times per day, but 1 time even makes a difference. This is life changing for me, and no more getting out of bed to take ibuprophen that only lasts a couple of hours and is hard on your kidneys! What a great investment!

I love my Proaller red lase device. I've struggled with tendonitis in my wrists for years and as a piano teacher, that has been extremely challenging. This device has been a game-changer. The red laser warms up my arms in a way nothing else can so that I can safely stretch and then play without hurting myself. With consistent use over time, I'm hopeful that it might even heal the tendonitis itself. On top of that, the customer service is nothing short of fantastic. They've been wonderful about responding to any questions I had about proper usage. Moreover, I had lost the special charger for the device and emailed the company as to how I could buy a new one. They provided me a replacement for free! How many companies provide such outstanding customer service?! I'm a fan for life!

Totally disabled for many years spine. Saves me time and money because I don't make MD appts.for laser treatments.

Carpal tunnel relief and it helped.Also used it on a sore minor puncture wound and it removed most of the soreness.Only problem I have is in switching the time and power strength on. Switch takes several attempts tofinally catch.

I used it for muscle and even joint relief from pain and stiffness. I recover quickeri from stresses on the areas I use it on and it takes little energy, just a little time.
