Good gel starter. Little bit works. Dispenser is a little funky but price and effectiveness very good.

Not recommended for pellet stoves.
It was not made for starting a pellet stove. Had to use a lot of the fire start gel to get started.

Great for grilling without the odor of ligher fluid and the taste of lighter fluid.

Waste of money. You can do much much better. These flare for a second or two. Done. No fire on the logs at all.

The gel works. Mixing the pellets up it and using an igniting wand does the trick.
I have used this gel for lighting my pellet stove. Just started buying it from Amazon. The gel helps the pellets to be ignited and the stove takes care of the rest if it ignites and burns correctly. Usually does.
