MySmartStart kit

i used this product before I went on vacation. I lost 6 pds and 2 in. on my waist. I just reordered because I know that I am going to need it after the holidays. This product does work well.

Served it's purpose but I'm disappointed that the formula's changed since I did the RESET program a couple of years back. The RESET program was not as hard to get used to. This one was a little rough with the change in shake formula and bars. The flavor optimizer also took some time getting used to.

I lost near 30lbs doing the reset. It's not easy but with a little sacrifice, you can do it.

I love Reset- it's the perfect way to jumpstart a diet! I always use it to kick sugar cravings and it works. I am very sensitive to sugar and high glycemic foods, and appreciate that the foods in the kit obviously have a low glycemic impact. I promise I would know if it didn't. One thing I do experience is a headache on day 1, every time.

Loved the product, but hated the price--could not continue to purchase, but did lose about 3 pounds with this kit.

I did not loose anything on this product plus it has too many calories..

Got this for my mom who loves USANA products. This is the new 7 day reset and not the typical 5 day program. She just turned it into the 5 day regimen she was familiar with.

I was really hoping this product would work for me. I recently stopped breastfeeding my son and was looking for a way to kick start losing this baby weight. I tried the chocolate shake first and it was ok...after a few sips I decided to mix my daily fruit with it to give it more flavor....So I blended some strawberries in which made it taste better....then I took the am health pack which immediately upset my stomach and caused me to throw up the shake and strawberries. I gave myself sometime to let my stomach settle... I had a bar which tasted ok...then a few min later had the strawberry shake which tasted disgusting and also upset my stomach. I couldn't even last one day on it because whatever was in it was not agreeing with my stomach. It also gave me a horrible headache (could have been from the vomiting). I'm use to taking vitamins and don't consider myself to have a particularly sensitive stomach. Just be ware before u purchase. It's a lot of money I wasted. :(
