Works perfectly
I like this product because it's exactly like the original remote. Unfortunately I found the receiver it goes to isn't so good. Oh well, got a new remote for an item I will now sell.

Great replacement remote.
My husband picked this out as a replacement for his old remote that broke. He says it was easy to program. Works fine. Is a great replacement for the old one. He is very happy with it and would recommend.

Perfect out of box!
After 10+ years of volume up/volume down my old RC1120 it finally quit working. Didn't think I was going to find a replacement. but, this one worked perfect right out of the box. All functions the same. Very good purchase.

Works Off and On
We bought this remote mostly so we could have volume control back on our Denon receiver. The remote that came with gave up on controlling volume. So this now one, it will turn the volume up and down pretty well. Mute is quick, turning up and down is kind of slow, oh well. My only complaint is that it doesn't always work to turn the receiver off, and it should. If you folks are listening, could I get a new one that will work?

Lifesaver!!
Bought surround sound system years ago at Best Buy, so imagine my shock when the remote buttons were worn out they didn't sell it anymore!!! Amazon to the rescue.. hooked up as if it was the old one, no problems.

Less than two months of use and broken
Affordable remote, but it is already not working properly. I have changed the batteries a few times, but the volume buttons do not work unless I slap the remote on my hand or take the batteries out and put them back in. I would not recommend. Update March 15, 2020: The remote does not work at all now. Purchased 01/11/2020.
