This computer was in perfect condition, it has been working like it’s brand new. i have zero complaints about it. and the shipping was crazy fast! definitely a great first computer for college students.

Great for the price I paid for it!
Was a little skeptical when reading the reviews, half the people were saying it was good and half were saying don’t buy it! But it came within 24 hours, and it works just like a new one. The only problems is I thought the fan situation would be better than my 2015 MacBook Air but the fans came on shortly after using this.

Will not work with you to issue a refund.
The computer arrived on time and was exactly what I wanted to purchase. When turning it on it would not boot up, and trying several different chargers I was able to get it to take a charge but the battery very quickly died. After a few more attempted I was able to get it to charge some, but again the battery died too quickly. I returned the computer and followed their instructions on how to ship it back to them. After a few days a refund was not given back. I have communicated with the seller times, providing several different passwords to help them "restore" the computer and still no refunds have been given, but there have been plenty of excuses from them. Amazon has been all but impossible to work with to get them to help with the seller.

Amazing
I was so iffy about buying something refurbished but let me tell you! This laptop looks almost brand new! A few scratches by the mouse part but nothing I can’t just cover! Seriously for the price im in love! Also fast shipping too!

Great Computer
It's an overall great computer as my first MacBook . I just got it for school . My only issue is the battery life . If your someone who's going to use it frequently you must keep it plugged up

Not Worth It
Purchased laptop that was listed as Excellent condition. No extreme visible scratches display screen was perfect. Only issue was that the Touch Bar did not work. Touchbar was completely fried, was a hardware issue and will not pay $1k plus to get repaired so I sent it back. Purchase from BestBuy or just buy new. Not worth the trouble.

Worth its money and in great condition
When it came it was packaged well nothing was wrong with the screen opened up put it in the charger works just fine keyboard works and touch at work efficiently and hands down the best thing I’ve bought since my Apple Watch
