It is the same size as my old one but with the stays and extra belt it really works with the body. I have 5 inches between the second belts so I'm not pulling it across. The second belts add to the needed stiffness where there are no stays. My waist is 27 inches, so I purchased a size small. I just received it yesterday and used it on my treadmill this morning. Works better than expected. It actually holds it shape while sitting or standing, no rolling. It really is fashioned after what we called girdles. That's why the time limit is suggested, they invented fainting couches for women wearing them all day hence, the three-hour time limit is reasonable. This item is much better than I expected.

I’m obsessedddd. I love how it supports my back. I love how it bends with my movements when I’m working out. It’s super breathable. This is the ONLY waist trainer I keep using and seems to work for me. I’m 5’6 177lbs and I order a medium. The material is awesome too doesn’t scratch or itch when I’m wearing it out and about. Bought this hoping it was similar to Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer, but it's not at all. Does not make you sweat. Not with hot cream or without hot cream. Zero sweat. I do like it for a waist trainer though and I like the coverage better than Sweet Sweat.

Very nice. Originally I had ordered a small as per the chart- my waist is 30" and I could barely close it. I went up to a medium and there are several extra inches but I feel like the adjustability and ease are perfect. Super comfortable, my core feels supported, sweat is barely noticeable until you take it off and you are dripping.
