Loma Linda Tuno - Plant-Based (Lemon Pepper, 3 Pack)

Very satisfied with this vegan food product. It was surprisingly tasty. I would definitely buy it again.

What can i say? Tastes great, vegan, i use it for Tuno casserole.

Being vegetarian, we use various Loma Linda products and love it so we were happy to see the Plant Base Tuna.Unfortunately it was not good, from taste, texture and for us it was not eatable. We tried to add on our salad, we tried to put on a cracker with vegan mayo, nothing turned out good. We can't even want to give the other 2 cans left unused because it was not good.

Still haven't figured out how to use this in a dish without it ruining my life. Taste is horrendous.

Must thoroughly drain can. Strong lemon flavor. Healthy, nutritious and good substitute for tuna. I use mostly in pasta and vegetable salads but makes a good sandwich if you add spices, celery, shred carrot, diced peeled cucumbers, sweet relish, pickles (especially B&B or kosher dill), olives, water chestnuts diced, fresh parsley, dill, chopped tomato minus juice and seeds, or any of your favorite add-ins with the dressing. A wonderful choice to save the Dolphins and other marine mammals and sea turtles and wasteful big business "fishing."

I have tried other seafood alternatives such as Sophies and compared to that, this is hands down the best I have ever tried! The lemon was surprisingly fresh, and the texture was great! They have even gone as far as adding omega 3s! You get all of the benefits from Tuno that you would get from actual tuna. I can't wait to try the other flavors! Please note: I am not vegan but I know that there are extreme strains on the oceans with the current fishing industry. I am all for protecting the environment for future generations! I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone that is looking for a healthy alternative or simply diving into plant based foods!

It has a sweet after taste and the texture is like oily hamburger. It has a slight flavor of lemon and pepper. I wish I could have bought one can instead of a case to try first. I added miracle whip to see if it could pass for tuna salad. I wasn’t a fan. I think others may like it, and it wasn’t terrible, it’s just not for me.

I can no longer eat any animal products due to a disease called Alpha-Gal. Finding good substitutes is not always easy.... but Loma Linda Tuno is the PERFECT substitute for tuna. I love it. And the price is great
