I received my product in 2 days time and couldn't wait to brush my teeth. All I did is wet my toothbrush, dip it in product, and put toothpaste on and brush away. Do not be shocked that your mouth turns black. It rinsed out. Taste, while I expected a pretty gross one, there is not one at all. I can't wait to see my progress. Will post more as I use longer.
