Lock and Love Women's Casual High Waist Solid/Tie Dye Fold Over Flowy Long Maxi Skirt

I am a really odd shape, at least I think I am. I have a lot of belly fat that makes my waist 40-44, somewhere around there, and which makes me have to buy 2X items so my tops do not cling around my middle. BUT the rest of my body looks better in a less bulky XL everywhere else...legs, arms, breasts. A 2X is oftentimes just too much material in a 2X skirt. So, this often leaves me in a bit of a dilemma as for what sizes to order in my clothing. That is what I LOVE about these lightweight, summertime, cool material Lock and Love Women's Basic Tie Die Foldable High Waist floor Length Maxi skirts! Not only are COOL for summertime wear, but they also STRETCH to comfortably fit all the parts of my body attractively. I also wear support stockings on my legs from toe to knee so I like to keep my legs covered and these skirts do the trick and are actually even more comfortable for me than shorts! YAY! Untucked tops cover the waistline where the skirt fits close, but the 2X tops I wear cover that part!, I did put a bit of a strain on the seam stretching this skirt when I put it on over my head, but that's because I chose to get the XL which I am still glad I did. One slight problem I had comes from each skirt is sewn in a different country, I think, because sizing is not always exactly consistent from one skirt to the next. So, one was tighter around my waist, but I was still able to make it work, so everything in honkey-dorey! Thank you SO MUCH for making these absolutely lovely skirts!

Love this skirt and the color! Wore it about 10 times this past summer. Bummed about very thin, flimsy material and after about three washings started looking worn. (Color didn’t run!!) No tears or holes yet! Still love it! Fits true to size at first, but fabric stretched for me so I might’ve been okay with smaller size because it’s roomy. Decent value. I’d buy it again and pay more if the fabric quality were better.

Soft, gorgeous dark brown! Adjusts/stretches to your waist super comfy, not tight at all but stays in place. Very soft and flowy

Gorgeous color and wearability. The material is warm enough, but not hot. Quite a versatile skirt, dressed up or down with flats or boots. It is quite long, but that’s OK. I can hem it if I need to. It is a flattering silhouette. Hugs in the right places and flowy at the bottom.

I absolutely love these skirts, so I guess I'll keep taking a chance on them. They fit well and flow beautifully. I've ordered three skirts from here. They were and in order I bought all at separate times... 1. Olive Tie-Dye - Made by Johnny Label - fit perfect - length super long which I was excited about - color looks like the picture 2. Black Tie-Dye - Made by Johnny Label - fit perfect - length shorter by a couple inches and just barely hits the floor was not happy about - color looks like the picture 3. TEAL Tie-Dye - Lock & Love Label - fits slightly different and slightly tighter but not enough to make a big difference - length long more like the Olive skirt - COLOR absolutely wrong and looks more like the AQUA tie-dye skirt photo I'm 5'9" so I love that these skirts are long enough on me. Even though Lock & Love and Made by Johnny are run by the same company...I prefer the Made by Johnny skirts and am totally fine with the wrong labeled products. Reason I gave 3 stars is because the clear inconsistency in skirt length and now color. The teal tie-dye skirt looks nothing like the picture and like I said above it looks more like the Aqua tie-dye skirt but with more of the sky blue color in it rather than white. It's still a pretty skirt and I like the color, but it was not what I ordered.

Fit to size

Yes... recommend. I got a blue halter top in the same material. It was an accident. I didn't know it was the same material. Wow! I feel like a boho princess I have to change. I got to take the garbage out and I'm just overdressed right now for that. But you know if you like to take the garbage out fancy. It's the perfect outfit no really it's casual. I could take the garbage out in it but I want to wear it tomorrow and I fear I might get some schmutz on it and I don't want that about 10 out of 10 and I'm going to leave a review on the halter too. I don't know. I can't link anything here but maybe you'll see it. Maybe it was recommended. I don't know, but it's perfect. Cute outfit. I don't want to mess it up I don't know how much I weigh now. I've lost a ton of weight. I'm like a size extra extra small and pretty much everything now so I would say true to size but also kind of forgiving so if I were a small I could still wear this. So if you want it to be snugglier you can probably go down a size and if you wanted to be looserer well then go up a size okay? Enjoy bye
