An Introduction to Group Work Practice (7th Edition) (Connection Core Competencies Series)

As described

One of the better text books I've been assigned, leading groups next week will definitely determine the "real life quality" quotient. **Update: After having an internship for 4 months revolving around teaching SMI day treatment groups I can definitely say that the book helped prepare me, but it can't teach you all of the things you will learn on your feet.**

Excellent service from the courier, book condition way better than expected. Great seller

It should have been in the description that this "book" is actually not a bound book, but rather 3-hole punched loose pages that you have to put into a binder. If that's what "A La Carte Edition" means, then you need to define that for people. I've been a student for many years and have never heard the term with regard to a textbook. Now I have to buy a binder as well to carry it to class in.

The box arrived with a small open part and the books arrived 3 hours after 8 am.

Taught me what I needed to know for my class! Perhaps it was because it was the required course text... Kindle books are so much better than the regular text books. You can search the whole book for a certain term in seconds, and if you forget it at home you can still get access to the book on the phone kindle app.

easy to read and straight to the point

This is the book I needed for my class, but I returned it because it was for a 3-ring binder and I missed that when I ordered the item.

Does not work with the kindle app I have on windows 10 or on my windows phone 8.1. it should say this in the information about this book. a waste of $75.00

Textbook prices are obscenely high.
