After activation date
Not only did my tiny memory card come in a full size BOX, but it also says on it to activate by 8/23/21. I ordered it after Christmas of 2021 so they sold a product that is out of date that looks nothing like the picture. I haven't tried setting it up yet but if it doesn't work I will be demanding a full refund.

Customer service is not great help at all.
First, I had a couple of issues, customer service is non because they are telling me for activation to go online , I did that still no progress. So basically 2g or 3g nonexistent. U cannot talk to a agent.

Its not worth it!!#
This product does not come with smartwatch minutes... You have to enroll in the monthly plan before you can ever get you smartwatch activated... Highly dissatisfied!!!
