Item is so useful and durable by considering price, just want more adjustments especially in downside to use it in sleeping like hospital bed.

Return of product ASR (Blue colour) Surgical Back Rest.
The back support should be robust or tight, it should not cave in or be loose. The velcro tape should be fixed, so that it can take care of the back support factor, that is tight or loose. Present position of velcro is not satisfactory. Also the fabric material used is not of good quality, It is caving. The seat cushion is not thick enough. So I want to return this product and buy Fovera Adj Hospital back rest from you. I will pay for the difference in price. With regards, Britto.
