Laced Chain Slip Collar

If you have a white dog it will leave ring around the collar…so I bought a nylon version. Other than that very well made and would buy again for a darker fur baby lol

A retired dog trainer recommended this when I told him my 40 lb dog (Bulldog/Cocker Spaniel) pulled so hard on walks that I hated walking her. I doubted him. He was right. The pulling is gone. My dog is happy. I can’t figure out why it works, but it does. Be careful to buy the right size or you won’t be able to put it on past their ears without difficulty. Get a few extra inches. I bought a second one for my daughter. (Her dog that is)

The media could not be loaded.  GREAT chain! In fact, THE best we have purchased of this type. It is thick and heavy and, *crosses fingers* seems really durable. I do wish we had gone with the slightly smaller version (ordered the 24" and think we should have gotten the 22" for our 19" around-the-neck baby girl). Still, she looks pretty and girly in the pink/gray option, but also tough and fabulous!It's kind of 'blingy' at a non-bling price. Loving it. 💕💕💕Oh ... and the reviews that say it's too heavy? I find that so difficult to understand. It has a great (I'd say pretty perfect) weight to it. I'd NEVER put anything uncomfortable on our girl! I can only imagine the reviewer(s) purchased a big chain for a very small dog to grow into(?). Not sure. All I can say is that we are so happy with ours. It's not just a good chain; so far, it's been an excellent one.🦴 Note that chain measures end-of-loop to end-of-loop (our smaller dog is a ham and refused to remove himself from the picture 😊, so it was difficult to keep the measurement tape straight).

This collar was too heavy for our beagle. I used to have a light weight chain collar for our old dog like this but this one is much thicker & heavier. I’m sending it back. It is well made & sturdy however if that’s what you are looking for.

I ordered the 22&26 inch for my two dogs and they are both true to size, I absolutely love them. The thickness of the chain in comparison to length is great, it’s also a nice weight. I haven’t had any concerns with sharpe edges and the chain doesn’t kink up. The colours are also a cute touch :)! Definitely will order another set for back up!
