Don't buy it
It is worthless. I followed the instructions and it did not stay hot for more than 2 minutes. It is of not value.

Didn't last long but worked great when it did.
Have had this for about 6 months or so. I keep It in a sealed container of water, it has rotted holes in it. I am so sad because it worked so well.

will need prep time before use
i had wanted something like this that could retain heat for a while. i needed it urgently so i did same day or one day delivery. came timely only to find out that it needed like 3 to 4 hours to get it to working order. defeats the purpose of the one day delivery. so i did not use and and just returned it.

Works Great.
Works great. Use for headache relief. Just requires some time to heat up. Sometimes it would be nice to be less cumbersome but its part of the deal.
