I don't know how this product has 20+ great reviews and no bad ones. We used this on high, sitting on a desk, for about 30 minutes. The mist goes up about 18 inches, then comes back down and will soak whatever surface it's sitting on. It wasn't leaking, just mist collecting on the desk. Also, because the mist comes straight back down, the humidistat is WAY off, because the unit is sitting in an isolated cloud of humidity. The unit was reading over 70% humidity while the rest of the bedroom was in the 40s. The humidistat is more of a gimmick, and no where near a deal-breaker. But the collection of moisture on whatever surface the unit is sitting isn't going to work for me.

I researched for weeks on humidifiers. They all seem to leak and it seems hit or miss whether you get a good one of any brand. I liked the look of this one and heard some good things so took a chance. I have been using this for a couple weeks and it is wonderful. can go 2 nights on 3/4 a tank. On low or medium, the super fine mist doesn't wet down my night stand. Don't use the third level unless you want to mop up after use, or possibly ruin anything you have it sitting on. The heavy mist is just too much. Luckily I found a clear, deep tray on Amazon I could place under it. Filling the tank is pretty easy. You just lift it off the base, flip it over, remove the cap and fill. I can't get it under my bathroom sink, so I just use a flexible plastic cup to fill it. Wipe it down. Replace the cap and carefully turn over. Line up and slide the tank back on the base. I will be disinfecting the tank this weekend with a simple white vinegar and water wash, then refilling it. At this time I would say it was a great purchase. Worth spending more for a good looking unit with a super fine mist.

This humidifier is amazing! It is very quiet and does the trick! My skin has improved significantly over the past few days!

I love this humidifier. I like that it is automatic to the humidity level I want. My only complaint is the refill process. With the small amount of water left on the top of the base it too me a few refills to not put top back on and splash water. Got the hang of it now. Did not bother me bough to lower rating though. I like that it’s y’all and skinning as opposed to wide. Fits the space I want it at more.

My primary doctor suggested a humidifier. Reviews on this humidifier were already high. Plugged it in. You cannot even hear that it’s running. The lighted dial indicates the current humidity.

I received my unit about 5 hours ago. The mist area only rises about 2 feet at most. I have it set to high. I have turned on a ceiling fan to high to help spread the mist. I have a large Hygrometer on the opposite night table five feet away and the humidity has only risen about 3% in 3 hours. The humidity readout on the unit is basically useless. It's the same as having your thermostat mounted on your heating vent. I do not find this product to be very practical and will decide whether to return it after a week or so. So far, I am not very impressed with it's capability. One last note. What good is a temperature gauge that reads centigrade in a product marketed in the USA?

Easy to use.I love this product and will be purchasing a couple more for my kids rooms.I wake up not feeling dry, you can control the humidity as well as stting the amount of hours you want the machine to run.Can not emphasis enough on how much I love this machine!

The instructions are ok, this is one of those things that you just have play with while reading the instructions to get everything figured out. But, it seems to work great! Right out of the box, is a card that stresses "no essential oils!" So, water only.
