If you are following an eating plan, the keto macros fit perfectly into a few popular supervised diet plans. Pancakes have a great taste, texture, mix and cook easily. And cost effective when compared to other packaged/monitored low sugar eating plans boxes. I have built these into my maintenance eating plan and look forward to blueberry pancakes as well as ProtiDIET oatmeal.

I like the taste of the protein pancake and the fact that it is satisfying and only 120 calories.

The pancakes were pretty good. I added a little vanilla to enhance the flavor. I would buy again.

Great pancake mix if you are on a Keto diet. This is almost identical to the mix that I used on the My Phd weight loss plan. Tastes great too.

The pancakes are good. I really enjoy them, but I don't understand why they take two weeks to be delivered.

Each packet makes about 2 waffles in my Dash. I use it to stay on at a healthy weight because the single serving packets are 100 calories each. They are very easy to make. Just add water to the mix, stir well and your ready to go. It's a great low calorie, warm meal first thing in the morning. Great for these cold day.

I am not sure what is in these to make them smell terrible. I was hoping to really like these, but they have a disgusting smell, like fermenting silage! They also have a very unnatural fake sweet metallic taste that coats your mouth and stays with you for a long time. unfortunately, will not be on my reorder list!

I was surprised at how good they tasted. I added a touch of vanilla for sweetness, but found with the added vanilla they were almost too sweet, so they must stand well on their own. I found the batter too thin with the recommended 50ml of water, but I imagine this will vary according to each person's taste.

As far as protein products go this is the best! Slight vanilla taste which is delicious. Good aftertaste. Easy to make. This has become a staple in my weight loss menu plan.

This is my first time purchasing from this brand. At first I was skeptical due to reviews, however so far I’ve been nothing but impressed with this, and future products I will purchase from this brand. The pancake mix is already measured, and put separately into their own packages, making it easy for me to just grab, and make, rather than measure, and pour back in like other brands. Each package makes around 2 small pancakes, unless you want to make mini pancakes I’d say you could make around 8 per package, or if you want 1 huge pancake then go for it. The flavour isn’t really there, if you mix with water like I did. It’s kind of sweet, with a hint of vanilla, but other than that bland. It is very filling, and could also be duped as bread if you want to be creative with the powdered mix. Only cons I’ve experienced are that: they do get sort of stale, and slim down, also when mixed with sugar free syrup they have a light after taste. They soak up liquid well though! Overall, I enjoyed it, and will repurchase!

Excellent choice for bariatric patients or individuals on bariatric diets. It meets all the guidelines and the flavor is good.
