5'9" 148lbs, what's the recommended size suitable for me? thanks

I got this for my son who is 6'4" and 190 lbs. Usual size is LT and that is what I bought. It fit great. Id recommend you buy the size you normally would. My husband is about your size and I would buy him a size M.

Is it fitted or loose ??.

I have two of these are they have a loose fit on me.

I'm 5'11", weigh 145, chest 37". Should I go with the small or medium size?

dang bro I'm 5"4 and got XS. sleeve lengths are perfect. I really think small or medium would be too short for you. check sizing chart. I'd suggest large

Does this have Plastic zipper? Need something i wear for chemo and radiation on my neck?

Not plastic...It is a metal zipper
