What you would expect in a medicine ball. Shipped in its manufacturing package so naturally they are going to be heavy! Has been used a ton in our home and still holding up great. Easy to grip even being heavy and overall easy to use.

Sturdy and very well built. The weight is pretty accurate. No bounce, which is what you want from a slam ball. Great value!

This is a nice medicine ball to have around. It’s good for normal medicine ball activities, but also works great as a slam ball. The ball itself is a relatively hard rubber with a little give, filled with what seems to be a bag of sand. This keeps the ball from bouncing or even rolling away much when you’re using it. It’s also relatively quiet for chucking a 10lb ball on the ground. This is a good size for a 10lb ball too, not too small, similar to volleyball perhaps.

The material on this ball is good it’s a non slip easy grip the size is a bit big I was expecting a smaller size for being a 5lb its the same size as a basketball overall it’s a keeper it does the job for core workouts the durability is good just bigger then expected

The smooth surface is the key to being able to effectively use products like this. It is a great addition to any home gym. Keep your eye out for price, but quality had been proven to be exception at this point.
