Will not work with ULTRA-HDMI modded N64.
DO NOT USE this with an ULTRA-HDMI modded N64..Waste of time and money. Could also damage your console.I initially had problems with the adapter powering on the ULTRA-HDMI N64 console.I finally got it to turn on. After 30mins or so of playing, it turned off the video output unexpectedly.The adapter was over-heating very badly. Luckily, it did not damage my console.It could not power on the unit afterwards. I threw it in the garbage where it belongs.I recommend a used original (OEM) N64 power adapter for the ULTRA-HDMI modded N64.You could also use one that has been re-capped professionally.

It didn’t work didnt power the system doesn’t fully fit into the system either it sits loosely in the system

Fits loosely and overheats
It does not snap properly making it difficult to insert. Sometimes the system won't even turn on because of this. In addition, it feels lighter and more poorly designed than an original Nintendo-brand N64 power adapter and overheats after less than twenty minutes of playing. I recommend finding another alternative.
