Q: how to put on sockets? bought wrench brand new. do i need to remove the little ring on the tip of the wrench before putting on sockets?

The ring is what holds the sockets on so they don't go flying off since it can spin them VERY fast. Just use a little pressure to put the socket on. FYI, there is a little rubber o-ring under the metal ring. They where out over time from use. If your sockets don't stay on, I would recommend replacing the rings. That way your sockets don't go flying off. I've had a few do that. Couple of bruised lips from sockets hitting me in the face.

Q: hi mate i brought this impact wrench model 2135Timax series i noticed excissive play on the bottom end inlet bushing assy is that normal?

If your taking about the air inlet where the hose connects , it is only held in the grip body two clips ,and it can turn and will have as much as 1/16 inch of in and out movement , any more than that ,I would check into warranty
