Works well, but very loud
These cannulas work well on a functional level and are very comfortable. But, as others have stated, they are very loud compared to other cannulas I have used especially at higher flow rates.

Uncomfortable, noisy, low flow
Been using these for a couple of days and am not happy. They are not as soft and the nasal tubes are small and straight causing discomfort and are very noisy. I am suspect of their “high flow” claim also. I use 6 lpm and since started using these I feel out of breath except when sitting still

Cheaper Replacement Product
I have ordered this product 20 times from Amazon. I have always received cannulas made by Ningpo MFLAB Medical Instruments which have proven to be reliable and comfortable. This last order was manufactured by Zhejang Yuantong Medical Appliances and was of poorer quality. Both were from Shanghai International Holding Company through HD Houdell. to individual Amazon resellers. I have placed one more order in the hopes of receiving the "good" high flow cannulas from Ningpo Medical. If I receive a cheaper substitute I will be returning them.
