I was really worried about buying any style of regulator for my needs. But I am telling you that this regulator is made from solid aluminum and is so professionally made. I was so satisfied and happy when it got to the house.

Well-made, easy to use, works as advertised
Good value for the price. I had an unused cylinder, and bought this regulator so I could have a backup for my aging mom who insists on relying on her portable concentrator, which in my engineering view is a potential single point of failure. Two is one, one is none, etc. My only criticism of this regulator is that it has brass bushings in contact with the aluminum body. I'll grant that the aluminum is hard anodized, so this should not be a problem unless there is a defect or failure in the anodizing layer and moisture is present. From a metallurgical point of view, brass and aluminum don't play well together. If I had my way, the whole thing would be made of 302 medical-grade stainless steel but that would be very costly to manufacture. Other than that, the construction quality is very good. The parts are nicely machined and attractive in appearance.

HIGHEST QUALITY: A very solid build Oxygen Tank Regulator. Identical in all ways to the 3 other regulators I use from my Oxygen Provider. TIP: For a quick changeover I setup 4 of the “D” Tanks with the Regulators and I put them in Oxygen Backpacks.
