As far as the keychains go, no complaints really. They don't fit perfectly together like I had hoped but it's the thought that counts. My issue is shipping. We ordered 2 sets of 2 keychains for 4 people total. We paid for 4 pieces total and only got 2. It also took exactly a month to get our first order. We contacted the seller and they were quick to fix the discrepancy but the second shipment also took over a month. We ordered the keychains for valentines day and paid a little extra so it was kind of a pain to not be able to gift our friends until April. All and all, good quality and much cheaper than the "handmade" website that rhymes with Pepsi, but the shipping was a giant pain.

I got these for my boyfriend for our one year anniversary. Hope he likes them. Shipping to take a little while but they did get here before our anniversary so that's what matters most. I think they're very pretty! I might switch the key loops out for smaller ones they seem alittle big for our key set's! Over all happy with my purchase! I love that they came in a pretty box so I don't even need to wrap the present now! We're going back to the restaurant we had our first date at and exchanging gifts at dinner! These definitely make a great gift for anybody that you want to show a little extra love to and to say that you care! Having them custom-made was worth the wait in my opinion! I just suggest if you want them by a certain date order them at least a month in advance!

These are a great gift to give. I bought this as a Valentines present for my boyfriend. I gave him one and kept the other. The puzzle pieces fit together and the personalization was well done. The ring for the keychain is sturdy and the puzzle pieces themselves are sturdy around the size of a quarter, maybe a tad bigger, so it's not too bulky, nor is it thin where you have to worry about it breaking or bending. To give an idea, it's around the thickness of a regular house key. Absolutely love it!

I was delightfully surprised that this item met and exceeded my expectations. Delivery was faster than the estimated date range. The jewelry box was fair quality. Necklaces arrived individually wrapped to prevent scratches. All personalizations were correct and the actual charms have weight to them. For the price, this item is wonderful.

I got ordered this for best friend and I. They have quotes from Park and Recreation. I did have a minor error on one of them by including a quotation mark but that’s my fault and not the manufacturer.They arrived very quickly. The photos do not do them justice. Very happy!

The names are spelled right. That’s about it for good. The gemstones were all wrong. One was supposed to be January. All of them were except the one that was supposed to be. How the pieces go together was off. I tried all ways. The company was very nice though and apologized. I got a full refund. I just wish the items were correct.

The Keychains arrived earlier than expected. They were well packaged, and arrived in a nice jewelry box. The inscriptions were spelled correctly. This made for a very good quality, lovely gift.

Beautiful keepsake! Exactly as pictured. It is a reminder (for all of us sisters) of our precious mom who is now in Heaven. The lettering was perfect, even down to the heart symbol on the end that I requested. Definitely a keeper! I highly recommend!
