These crystals really helped to thin out the candy melts and made my first real try at cake pops a success. I did get it a little to thin at first.

First, these arrived with a few other items from Amazon on a hot summer day and I was not home to get the package inside. Even so, the crystals had only begun to melt together in its bag by the time I opened the box, and the crystals were still very usable.I have melted chocolate quite a bit over the years and never heard of paramount crystals until recently. Had used shortening to thin chocolate when needed but usually used melting wafers. I bought these crystals and put a bit in with melting wafers to thin just a small amount for a specific dessert item. To be honest, I didn't measure the amount I used. I just put a pinch at a time in the chocolate until I got the consistency I wanted. For such a small amount of chocolate (maybe a 1/4 cup at the most) I thought it took more of the crystals than it should have. I didn't notice any change in taste or texture/smoothness of the chocolate, no aftertaste or feeling of my mouth being coated with shortening. They melt easily and quickly, especially in your hands!, and feel like shortening.

These are good they make my candy melts a lot thinner only thing sometimes the chunks get stuck and you have to whisk them out well so idk why that happens

It is nice to have the chocolate work so easy with just a teaspoon or so per 5 handfuls of chocolate disks. Thanks for the quick delivery.

I loved them

I wasn’t impressed, i used this brand twice and couldn’t get the consistency correct even though I used the instructions step by step. The amount was perfect because I use a lot but I end up tossing it because of the issues.... maybe it was just me but I won’t try making cake pops with them again.

I would bust this again wish I knew about these a while back would of made my chocolate dipping easier just a little goes a long way makes the chocolate melts nice and smooth you won’t get any clumpy lumps I would recommend melt a small pinch separately and add it to you chocolate little by little till you get a good smooth consistency but don’t add toooo much cause yea the chocolate won’t stick and will take forever to dry but over all totally recommend this product
