Time Saver!
Worked perfect for the water pump shaft seal on 96 corvette. Worth every dollar. Saved serious time and no need to damage more then 1 seal trying to install with a make shift tool.

LT1 life saver
You can't install the water pump drive shaft seal without this tool on LT1. You will definitely screw up the seal trying to install free hand.

LT1 Owners This Is a Must Have
If you own a Corvette or any GM car with an LT1 engine and you do the work, this is a must have part. Being a hard head, I tired installing timing cover twice. One just by greasing all seal points and second using a sharpie as shown on Net. Neither worked both leaked! What a pain to pull down, clean and install new seals--Again. Broke down and bought this tool, problem solved! No tears, no leaks. Wish I'd bought this to start with.

It didn’t fit but with a drill bit I was able to bore it out and then it worked well. Recommended

Installed my water pump seal with it and it seemed to go great. Put a seal in before using a small socket instead as people online say to do and it leaked, sucks to pay to do it all again. do yourself a favor and get the right tool.
