Review: A Fun Read with Good Technical Detail - With 40 years of very skilled and proficient technical experience I read a lot of complex material. Not much fun usually. Lance's writing is generationally compatible, very creative, light and airy pushing through technical detail and fun. For cyber security focused individuals with limited exposure to the "dark web" Lance's collection is a good value and read. Still timely material and unexpectedly entertaining. Review: Great book very informative - Very in depth and worth every dollar. Covers a great range of topics and worth reading if you have any interest in the darknet

Good android darknet insights
Look, there’s a lot of good in this collection; goes to learning about the darknet and devices and impacts of visability and survival. Almost no iOS awareness in this one, which is a bad idea from my point of view because android is as much a screen door as a windows machine (even with linux enhancements), but hey: I’m just still learning here. But, most infosec people fake it til they make it, so. There’s that.

Where other dare not go
This is a journey to a new life. The destinations are are the goal. Give up everything and take the plunge. The tools are important and maybe the means to an end. For most though they are too scared to jump off or fall by the wayside. The bad guys fall away as they lack the ability to be consistent. A few of you will make it to Manila, Jakarta or Bangkok, but that’s just the start......

Not much on TOR for newbies
The author has written more of his lifetime experiences rather the technical details of TOR. After reading halfway through the first chapter, I put it aside and don’t think will read the book again.

Very entertaining if you are even vaguely interested in the subject . Worth looking into further
A very engaging series of books on these subjects , very very interesting ,but could do with more details ,never the less if you are interested in these subjects it is definitely worth picking up ,especially if there’s a deal on. His style of writing is also witty humorous and engaging enough ,if you are just vaguely interested .
