Used it to change cranks on Sun, Torker and Cyclepro unicycles. I don’t know about bicycles, but it works great for unicycles. Because they are usually not geared, you need this tool to change cranks for various riding styles. With this tool and extra cranks, by unicycle is like two different ones. Not for isis cranks, but great for most cotterless. You can get one without the wrench for a dollar cheaper, but for a dollar, it’s worth it to not have to dig around for the correct wrench.
