Even at the lowest setting, it's practically a fire-hose, and completely unsuitable for many fountains. The 60GPH pump I had before was more powerful, but could be throttled down to almost a trickle, while this one just blasts a continuous onslaught constantly. I found a way to put a wadded-up piece of paper-towel into the regulator to restrict the flow even more, that shouldn't be even close to necessary. A proper regulator should be able to almost stop the flow of water completely, and that certainly doesn't happen with this pump. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally!
