Some of these include: “Saving others, one-mind experience, they moved as one, atoms and rats, mind beyond brain, immortality and near-death experiences, early oneness, healing and the one-mind, the dark side, the cosmic soup, is the one-mind God, love is the last word, expanding science” and many other informative topics. Review: An excellent book by Dr - An excellent book by Dr. Dossey as his previous ones have been as well. For those of us who are convinced by intuition or revelation that the One Mind is Real, Dr. Dossey provides a mountain of evidence to support this theory. Skeptics and firm believers in the materialistic model of science may remain unconvinced of the Truth of the One Mind we are all a part of, but science is not infallible. It is a continuous process of refinement and correction of past mistakes. As Dr. Dossey rightly points out, we are now engaged in a societal transition from the materialistic model of science which has been in use for over three hundred years to the new emerging Energy Model based on spiritual truth and the findings of Quantum Physics which will supersede it in the coming decades and centuries. He covers everything from the philosophy of schopenhauer the great Western mystic, the Bhudda, the vedas to the works of our great quantum physicists schrodinger, Einstein, Bohm etc. He covers a range of the most scientific studies of one mind (often called paranormal). And he recounts a huge number of anecdotal stories. In the end this is a call to action book. He uses all the above to make a case for the one mind. He argues that the way out of the corner which we have painted ourselves into is through the one mind. Recognising our fundamental divine nature where we are everything. Where we meet earth as a lover as the lover that was always there. This is a powerful call to action that resonates deeply with me. The only reason for 4 stars is that I found the endless anecdotal stories tooo much and skim read most of them. Also the science studies quoted are old hat quoted in countless other books papers etc for anyone who has been interested in this field. It felt to me like the author is still trying to convince people that one mind exists. It feels like that ship has sailed I would love more of the beautiful writing on where this is leading us.
