The origin box had opened on both ends and taped shut. Fingerprints on the twister. The user manual that the box says must be read simply isn't there. May be new maybe not.Since posting this review the company has contacted me, assuring me the product is new. Requesting that I consider an addition to new review. They also gave a monetary adjustment. From reading other reviews, it looks as though Amazon keeps sending the same product out hoping someone will keep it or are too busy or lazy to return it. This is more like a kids toy , like maybe for a 9 year old who wants to start shaping up. Does nothing for chest, biceps or shoulders and doesn't even pretend to work triceps or other key muscle groups. IMO, this thing is a piece of junk and I'll be sending mine back too.
