The price is very affordable and the quality of the bag and accessories that come with it far exceed the cost paid. The containers are made of a thick sturdy material and the inserts come out, so I can adjust the container to fit my meals. The shaker cup comes with additional compartments, so I can carry extra protein powder and the vitamins I take throughout the day. My food stays cold and the bag is not bulky which makes it easy to take anywhere. I waited to post because I wanted to see how the bag would perform. I have been using the bag for a month and I have had no issues with zippers, or tearing of the shell or seams which seems to be a common problem with other bags. It is truly a great purchase. It comes with three very solidly built containers with removable dividers. Each container comes with a spoon. It also comes with two ice packs. I found that the bag was extremely well insulated and kept my lunch cold.
