You can turn them off, but they turn back on after being on the charger. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far pretty solid. *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States on June 19, 2019* I had these for about a day now first of all let me start off with the charging case the charging case has a bigger battery capacity than some cell phones. There's two people at my job that have iPhones whenever iPhone 8 with a 1800mah battery and other guy has a iPhone XR with a 2800mah battery. This charging case has a 3000mah battery inside of it that's huge. And there's another version of these that have a 3500 mAh battery charging case. so you can use this charging case as a power bank to charge up other devices like cell phones or anything else which is neat and come in handy. So that's a plus right there.Now as far as the sound quality when you first get these earbuds like I did the sound quality was really low but what I did was I took the rubber tip off the earbud and I removed that seal so more sound can come through and they sound a lot better so if you do get these earbuds I suggest doing that take the rubber tip off and remove that barrier seal where the earpieces at so more sound come through there. Now they sound a lot better on a scale to 1 to 10 for a sound quality I will give these about a 6 which is not bad considering I only paid $19 for these.Now there's a bunch of different variations of these type of earbuds made by different companies and their mostly around $39 to $56 or in between there and I found these for 19 bucks so I'm not complainingAs far as the touch controls they work you double tap on the right earbud to skip to the next song. You press and hold down on the right earbud to increase the volume and you swipe in any direction to pause the song or video. For the left earbud you press and hold down on it to lower the volume you double tap on the left earbud to go back to the previous song and just like the right earbud you can swipe in any direction to pause the song or video.
