I'm giving it a 5 star because of the warmth, comfort, vegan qualities, and esthetic. However I do have a few concerns. 1. The hood is held on by buttons. I've had it less than a month. I just went to detach the hood today and the buttons are loose! 2. The hood is huge. When my hair is not in a bun, it engulfs my head and I can't see. Lol. I can't figure out the pull cords. However, when I have a bun, it fits amazing. 3. The hood is so big I have a hard time seeing my blind spot while driving. 4. The phone pockets don't work well for an iPhone 8 plus with a large case. 5. I love the white I chose but I can see it will dirty easily. Despite my woes I'm keeping the 5 star. I'm just nitpicking and overall I'm in love with it! I get so many compliments. It is a little too warm for high 30s though. Size wise, I went a size up just to guarantee I could wear layers under it. I believe though it is pretty accurate in size. It is long.
