Really solid and sturdy - the style is great too! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unique and distinctive mid-century bunkbed *by R***N on July 29, 2021* I spent a lot of time researching bunk beds, and this one had the fewest negative reviews, plus it's absolutely gorgeous and unique with the midcentury Danish modern white and light brown wood combination. It's a great price for what you're getting and seems pretty solid. The only negatives: the assembly directions were confusing and seemed to not include all the steps - my husband is a master assembler of furniture and even he was stumped at times - this definitely took a few hours to put together. Also, although the bed itself is really sturdy and solid, the slats supporting the mattress in the upper bunk (I look at them during bedtime stories) seem quite thin and not constructed from whole pieces of wood.
