I have a 7"sprinkler valve cover and just couldn't find a 7" any where locally not even Home Depot. (the one they sell reads 7" but actual measurement is 6")Very fairly priced I think. Great experience with this seller and happy with the fit and quality of the lid. ### ⭐ Not a tight fit *by C***I on September 3, 2018* I have a 6" round box in my lawn that houses irrigation wires. This lid is designed well and initially seemed like a moderately snug fit. However, the first time my lawn was cut the lid was sucked up into the mower and destroyed. Considering that, I would not buy this again. I also can't imagine this would be a good fit for a larger box, even though it's advertised as a fit for 7" boxes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fits contractor 6” valve boxes perfectly! *by J***F on October 5, 2018* If you have the contractor grade valve boxes that are labeled 6” but are actually 6.5-7” then this will work for you. I was in the same boat as many others. Lowe’s and Home Depot do not sell the correct size.
