I had intended them to be a gift but I loved them so much that I kept them for myself. THEY ARE HUGE! They cover my entire ear and then some. They are so soft and so warm. The insides are not super plushy and if you feel them with your hand you can kind of feel the hard plastic underneath and on the outside but I've NEVER felt it when wearing them and I've been wearing them everyday for about a month now. They are a snug fit but just enough so they fit comfortably on your head & dont move around, fall off or require readjusting every time you move your head. They are not uncomfortable and the band is adjustable so I don't see why anyone would have a problem with them being too tight. I have a pretty big head AND a bunch of box braids in my hair right now and they are still perfectly comfortable. The weird thing about them is how much they dampen sound. I'm used to it a bit since I wear earmuffs all the time but these are the most noticeable ones I've ever had. Yes you can still hear everything around you but the sound volume is noticeably lower.
