With the list of ingredients, I'm not sure how they managed to capture the banana flavor so perfectly, but I love it! I only took away a star because of how they arrived. I first tried these after getting them in a store - and they were all intact. Even though I read reviews suggesting if I ordered them and they shipped that they'd arrive crumbly, I thought I would beat the odds. Unfortunately for me I was wrong - only about 2 whole macaroons were intact when they arrived - the rest of the bag was a shredded mess. But, nothing a spoon couldn't help me remedy! And the flavor was still just as wonderful as when they are whole.
