I had not, so I purchased a box to learn more so I could share with you, so I'll start off with what I learned from their website:"Nektar Honey Crystals has a "beenominal" story - they come from bumble, sorry, I mean humble beginnings. As a serious tea guy, I was tired of the sticky honey bottles and jars that we have all become accustomed to. After a particularly bad honey-spill, I knew there had to be a better way to carry and use honey. With a little research, entrepreneurial spirit, and honey all over my hands, Nektar Honey Crystals were born. I've been proud to watch us grow from packing our first boxes by hand at home, to seeing our product on store shelves. Today, you can find Nektar Honey Crystals at many fine grocery stores, online retailers, and in resorts and spas. We're growing each and every day and couldn't be happier to see the positive buzz from across the foodie blog-o-sphere. The bottle itself gets goopy and if it drips off the spoon then it's all sticky on the counter. Really I prefer not to be bothered with all that mess so we keep the honey put up and only bring it out if a houseguest asks for it.I try to watch how much sugar I'm eating on a regular basis. There are some situations where I've found a healthy alternative to sugar by way of taste and it's been okay, but sometimes the alternatives just taste so phony to me. Our company's foundation stands firmly on six pillars of distinction." ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sweet Stuff *by M***H on Reviewed in the United States on August 25, 2019* I travel a lot, and love my hot tea with honey but hate to carry actual honey in my carry-on and some hotels don't have it. I was ecstatic when I found this and it's now a staple in my suitcase for every trip. I personally find it sweeter than raw honey, so I use about half a packet for each cup of tea. Not an issue since I drink several cups a day and I can just fold over the packet to "close" it up until ready to use the rest. I put the packets in a sandwich sized baggie for trips just in case one breaks open. No longer have to worry about raw honey packets breaking in my liquids bag or trying to squeeze them in since my liquids bag is already pretty full with everything else I need :)Marked down one star for the price; seems pricey to me, but admit I've looked for it in several stores and no one seems to carry the individual packets like this (found a jar of powdered honey, but that just presents potential new issues in my mind, especially with TSA increasingly inspecting bags of powder going thru security). Someone mentioned I can get it cheaper at a health food store, but I haven't looked to confirm.
