So as a guess, if you can choose a nib size that is larger than the thread size or weave size of your fabric, you may get away with using them by skating over the surface. The ink is fade resistant and waterproof when dry but I don't know if the ink would bleed through the fabric. Try it on a scrap piece first. Mix up with the item, which was sorted promptly. Really good pens! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great range of sizes *by O***V on 15 October 2025* These pens work really well for me. I am an urban sketcher so I need strong lines for emphasis and fine, sometimes broken, lines for sensitive detail. The range from 0.03mm to 0.8mm is perfect for this. I can achieve fine lines with broad nibs by going lightly on the page but it is so much easier to use the right pen width. And that allows me to concentrate on the placement of the line rather than on how hard I am leaning on the page. They also hold up well to alcohol markers once dry which usually only takes 20-30 seconds. And I can draw over alcohol ink once it is dry (which takes a little longer). So they work well for me. I don’t see the need to pay for more expensive pens. I will be buying more of these when they run out.
